FRESH & UNFILTERED olive oil is cloudy.
Usually producers let their olive oil settle in a vat to filter out any pieces of olive. This is to ensure the oil will last perfectly for the next twelve months. But in my kitchen, where olive oil is abundant, I prefer it fresh and unfiltered for three months of the year.
Because Fresh and Unfiltered Oil still has some Olive fruit particles, it doesn’t keep as well as the usual Filtered offering. We highly recommend you enjoy this oil at its very special best during the next few months.
