Baking Fresh Garlic

When it comes to baking garlic there are a few ways you can do it.
If you like serving a whole bulb as a side dish then Medium sized bulbs are best.


Cut the tops off.


(Use the cut-off bits in salad dressings.)


Place the bulbs cut size down on baking paper.

Pour some Extra Virgin Olive Oil over them and bake 180-200 degrees for 30-40 minutes.


As they cook, the garlic will start to pop out a little and the tops will crisp and caramalised.

Serve cut side up.
