Our olive oil is made from the 6000 trees growing on Elmswood Farm.
The grove is in two sections on either side of the property.

There’s a mix of varieties:
Corregiola
Frantoio
Manzanilla
Bouquettier
Koroneiki
And a few hundred trees of Arbequina, Pendolino and Picual.
